The 2024 IEEE 24th International Conference on Communications Technology (ICCT) was jointly initiated and organized by IEEE Beijing Section and IEEE ComSoc in 1986. It has been successfully held for 23 sessions to date and is one of the highest-level academic events in the field of communication technology in China. It is also an international gathering for research in information and communication technology. This year, ICCT 2024 will take place from October 25 to 27, 2024, and it will be co-sponsored by IEEE Beijing Section and the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC). The event will be hosted by the National Key Laboratory of Wireless Communications. The conference program will feature keynote speeches, panel discussions, paper presentations, and poster sessions, encompassing a broad spectrum of topics related to communication technology.
